Description
This class introduces children to the magic of fishing! Kids will learn about common Idaho fish species and learn the basic tools, lures and techniques needed to catch them. We’ll also talk about fishing safety and the best local waters for young anglers to have success. Plus, we’ll have lots of hands-on activities, fun giveaways and more! Each admission to this class includes a child and one parent (or adult chaperone). All ages are welcome. The class is geared towards children 12 and under. Fishing Fun for Kids was held in July 2023. Look for it again in summer 2024!
