Description
Learn how to turn your fresh catches into awesome home-cooked meals in this hands-on program! Instructor Jordan Rodriguez will show participants how to fillet and prepare a fish, and each student will have the opportunity to fillet their own fish. Afterwards, we’ll cook up a meal of fish and chips to enjoy together. This event is held in the beautiful JUMP Share Kitchen in downtown Boise. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife and instructional handouts for each student to take home. Fillet & Fry was held in October 2023. Check back for future offerings!
