Learn how to turn your fresh catches into awesome home-cooked meals in this hands-on program! Instructor Jordan Rodriguez will show participants how to fillet and prepare a fish, and each student will have the opportunity to fillet their own fish. Afterwards, we’ll cook up a meal of fish and chips to enjoy together. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife and instructional handouts to take home. Fillet & Fry is being held Tuesday, October 24, from 6-8 p.m. at JUMP in downtown Boise.
