Learn how to turn your fishing catches into awesome home-cooked meals in this hands-on program. Jordan Rodriguez will instruct participants on how to clean, prepare and fillet a fish. After the fish has been prepped, we’ll cook up a meal of fish and chips to enjoy together. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife and instructional handouts to take home.
