Learn how to turn your fishing catches into awesome home cooked meals in this hands-on program. Jordan Rodriguez will instruct participants on how to clean, prepare and fillet a fish. After the fish has been prepped, we’ll cook up a meal of fish and chips to enjoy together at the end of the program. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife. Ages 18 and up.
