New for 2019, this class offers hands-on instruction on cleaning and preparing your catch with simple, boneless fillets and delicious stovetop recipes. Fillet knives and all supplies provided! This class is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the JUMP Share Kitchen in downtown Boise.

Learn how to turn your fishing catches into awesome home cooked meals in this hands-on program. Jordan Rodriguez will instruct participants on how to clean, prepare and fillet a fish.  After the fish has been prepped, we’ll cook up a meal of fish and chips to enjoy together at the end of the program. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife. Ages 18 and up.  Instructional handouts to take home. This class is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 from 6:30 to 830 p.m. at the JUMP Share Studio (1000 West Myrtle Street, Boise).
